ファミリー歯科健診（関西・中部・関東）の詳細/申し込みはこちらをご確認ください。
この歯科健診はお一人年度（４月～３月）に一回ご受診いただけます。
対象は、受診日に加入資格を有する当組合の被保険者本人・被扶養者です。
We are pleased to provide you with the details and application for the upcoming family dental checkup in the Kansai, Nagoya and Kanto areas, scheduled for December 2024 to March 2025. This program allows you to undergo a dental checkup once during the fiscal year (April - March). Kindly note that participation in this examination is limited to subscribers (insured persons/dependents) of the PwC Health Insurance Society who meet the eligibility criteria on the day of the checkup. Unfortunately, non-subscribing family members, even if they are insured elsewhere, will not be able to participate. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy in advance. Additionally, please be aware that the entire program will be conducted in Japanese.
