期 間：　2020年10月26日（月）27日（火）28日（水）の3日間

場 所：　大手センタービル 2階

今年度の定期健診の予約がまだの方は　健診予約　＞　「出張健診」　よりお申し込みください。

同日同会場にてインフルエンザ予防接種も実施しております。詳しくはこちらをご覧ください。
予防接種は事前予約が必要です。
 

"Annual Health Check-up at Ote Center Office" reservation acceptance started!

Dear insured persons,
  Starting accepting reservations for "Ote-center health examination" from today.
     Period: Monday, October 26, 2020 to Wednesday, October 28, 2020 (Wednesday)
     Location: 2nd Floor, Ote Center Building
  For those who have not yet scheduled regular check-ups for this fiscal year,
please apply via the medical examination reservation system > "Health Check-up at Ote-Center Office".
Influenza vaccination is also available at the same venue on the same day. Please check this out for details.
Advance reservations are required for vaccinations.
