このイベントは新型コロナウイルス感染状況を踏まえ中止となりました。

被保険者のみなさま
ファミリー歯科健診（令和2年度前期）の詳細/申し込みはこちらをご確認ください。
年度（４月～３月）に一回ご受診いただけます。前年と同様に冬季１月～３月も開催します。
対象は当組合の加入者（被保険者本人・被扶養者）に限らせていただいております。
加入者ではないご家族は申し込まれましてもお断りさせていただきますので
あらかじめご了承くださるようお願い申し上げます。

Family dental checkup details / application please check here. You can have a dental checkup once in the fiscal year (April - March). As in the previous year, it will be held from January to March in winter. The subject of this examination is limited to the subscribers (insured person / dependents) of PwC Health Insurance Society. Families who are not subscribers will be refused even if they are subscribed. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Due to the spread of new coronavirus infection, there are some venues that have been canceled.
