2020/04/24 健診結果登録および健診受診ポイント付与の遅延について/Delay in Registration of Health Checkup Results and in Granting Health Checkup Points

現在、
通常であれば受診月2-3か月後処理されるものが、3-4か月後の対応となっております。
これは新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大・緊急事態宣言を受け、
一日当たりの作業人員減少が生じていることによるものです
受診者集中により処理件数が増加することにも起因しております。
この遅延によりみなさまにはご迷惑をおかけしますが、
安全確保のための措置ですので、

Please be informed that there is a delay to register the health checkup result into the system and to grant the cafeteria points for undergoing health checkup accordingly. Currently it takes 3-4 months, which is 2-3months normally.
This is due to the reduction in the number of workers per day at outsourcing contractors for health checkups following the state of emergency for coronavirus. In addition, the concentration of health checkup examinees at the end of each fiscal year (January to March) causes a delay in inputting the health checkup results.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay, but we ask for your kind understanding as it is a measure to ensure the business continuity of the outsourcing contractor and to ensure the safety of their employees.
