今年度もインフルエンザ予防接種費用補助を実施いたします。

今年度より健保直接契約医療機関はすべて指定医療機関へ統合されました。利用にはマイナ保険証（資格確認証、プラスチック保険証*のいずれか）および利用券が必要です。

・１３歳未満のお子様は利用できません。「２．最寄の医療機関で接種した場合の費用請求(電子申請)」をご利用ください。

最寄の医療機関で接種した場合の費用請求 （海外接種を除く）

・補助上限：接種者一人あたり5,000円
・厚生労働省で承認されたインフルエンザワクチンに限ります。
・２０２６年２月１５日までに接種および申請を完了してください。
・原則として申請受付月の翌月末※に振り込みます。
(※12月26日～31日受付分は翌々月末振り込み)
・振込通知は行いません。口座をご自身で確認してください。
・海外で接種した方は２．の申請方法を利用できません。健保組合へご連絡ください。

・　補助対象は、２０２５年９月１日から２０２６年２月１５日までに受けた予防接種です。
・　接種日時点で、ＰｗＣ健康保険組合の被保険者または被扶養者の資格を有する方を補助対象とします。
・　２０２６年２月１６日以降に接種した場合は、補助対象外です。

As in 2025, PwC Health Insurance Society (“Kempo”) subsidizes “influenza vaccinations”.
Please read the information below and take the necessary steps if you wish to get the vaccination.

Important Notice!

Starting this year, all health society direct contract clinics have been consolidated into designated medical institutions.
To use these services, you must present your My Number Health Insurance Card (Eligibility Verification Certificate or plastic insurance card*) together with a voucher.

* Validity period for use of the Eligibility Verification Certificate or plastic insurance card: until December 1, 2025 (cannot be used from December 2 onward).

Children under 13 years old are not eligible. Please use “2. Reimbursement for vaccination at your local medical institution (electronic application).”

Fee adjustments for vaccinations received at other medical facilities excluding vaccinations administrated abroad.

・The annual payment is up to 5,000 yen per person.
・Only available for vaccines approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
・ Please complete the vaccination and application by February15, 2026.
・ As a general rule, payments will be transferred by the end of the month following the application month.

(*Applications received between December 26 and 31 will be transferred by the end of the second following month.)

・ We will not notify you of the transfer. Please check your account yourself.
・If you have been vaccinated abroad, please contact PwC Health Insurance Society instead of using electronic application.

Please note:
• To be eligible for subsidy, vaccinations must be carried out between September 1, 2025 and February 15, 2026.
• Vaccinations carried out on or after February 16, 2026 are not eligible for subsidy.
• Those who qualify as insured or dependents of the PwC Health Insurance Society as of the date of vaccination are eligible for subsidy.
