この歯科健診はお一人年度（４月～３月）に一回ご受診いただけます。
対象は、受診日に加入資格を有する当組合の被保険者本人・被扶養者です。
We are pleased to provide you with the details and application for the upcoming family dental checkup in the Sapporo, Kansai, and Fukuoka areas, scheduled for August to September. This program allows you to undergo a dental checkup once during the fiscal year (April - March). The checkup will take place between January and March 2024 in the Kanto and Nagoya Areas. Kindly note that participation in this examination is limited to subscribers (insured persons/dependents) of the PwC Health Insurance Society who meet the eligibility criteria on the day of the checkup. Unfortunately, non-subscribing family members, even if they are insured elsewhere, will not be able to participate. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy in advance. Additionally, please be aware that the entire program will be conducted in Japanese.
