2022年4月以降の人間ドック受診に関わる自己負担について
KEMPO Café Vol.7 (2021年10月発行)でお知らせのとおり、2022年4月以降の定期健康診断では、一定の金額を超える人間ドックを受診した場合に、自己負担をしていただくこととなりました。詳しくはこちらをご覧ください。
自己負担が必要な医療機関での人間ドックを選択した場合、健診予約システムで予約／申請をする時点で「本人負担額合計」として表示される金額をご負担ください。なお、カフェテリアポイントの利用が可能です。

Comprehensive medical examinations copayment from April 2022
As you are already informed by KEMPO Café Vol.7 published in Oct 2021, when the comprehensive medical checkup fee exceeds the upper limit, you shall cover the excess amount from April 2022. Please refer here for the details.
If you are going to undergo the comprehensive medical checkup which costs more than the upper limit, please pay a copayment when you make a reservation / apply at the “Physical Examination Reservation System”. The amount is “Portion to be paid by the examinee” on the system and you can use your cafeteria points for this payment.
