2018/10/02 Health Activities for the Second Half of Fiscal 2018

To: All members
The clear days of fall are here, and it’s a great time to get outdoors and be active at the weekends.
We’d like to remind you about this year’s health activities.
We hope you find this information useful for maintaining and improving your health.

Influenza vaccinations

Vaccinations will be available from October 2018 to February 15, 2019.
See our notice for details.
Health checkups

If you have not yet made an appointment, we will send a checkup reminder to your home address.
Details of the mobile women’s health checkup clinic were sent to dependents in September.

Please make sure you get a checkup once a year.
Insured persons can also use the satellite checkup clinic in the Ote Center Building.
Notes:
1. Insured persons who have not had health checkups will have 6,000 cafeteria points deducted from their entitlement for the following fiscal year (April 2019-March 2020).
Note that this deduction does not apply to insured persons who joined the company during this fiscal year (April 1, 2018-March 31, 2019).
2. Insured persons/dependents (aged 40 or above) who have checkups in March will not be eligible for incentive points (5,000/2,000 cafeteria points).
